• Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning. • Handles the entire production process , from planning to finished goods • Coordinate with the whole department is involved in the production process ( Purchasing , QA/QC, PPIC , Marketing , Warehouse , etc. ) • Responsible for production results concerning the quality of the products must be in accordance with customer demand • Responsible for all machines used in the production process , controlling Maintenance • Responsible for customer complaints , maintain good relations and trying to satisfy customer demand • Responsible for any employees involved in the production process • Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (HR, IT and Finance), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions. • Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence. • Oversee overall financial management, planning, systems and controls. • Management of agency budget in coordination with the Executive Director. • Development of individual program budgets • Regular meetings with Executive Director around fiscal planning. • Supervise and coach office manager on a monthly basis.

• Arrange, maintain and update PO from Customer to get capacity condition and balance stock card update, before prepare Production schedule and others • Monitoring Balance control and update PO issue to supplier vs supplier stock on internal • Develop and monitoring update progress New Model project time frame • Control update and monitoring supplier change & also Supplier performance ( Quality, Cost, Delivery ) • Monitoring Production progress to make sure on time export schedule • Control and monitoring balance stock raw material to prevent shortage and production stop line • Prepare and monitoring Inventory activity ( Internal and also on every supplier side ) every end of months • Control and monitoring all PPIC, Logistic, Kitting, Incoming, Export loading, and supplier activities also • Attending on top management weekly meeting on every Monday morning • Control and update master part list ( base on engineering confirmation )
