Menerima, melayani dan mengatasi permasalahan yang disampaikan oleh nasabah sehubungan dengan ketidakpuasan nasabah atas pelayanan yang diberi¬kan oleh pihak nasabah. Memberikan informasi tentang saldo dan mutasi nasabah. Mengadministrasikan buku cek, bilyet giro, dan buku tabungan. Memperkenalkan dan menawarkan produk dan jasa yang ada dan yang baru sesuai dengan keinginan dan kebutuhan nasabah. Membantu nasabah dalam proses akad Kredit.
Agent Inbound
Pelayanan kepada pelanggan pengguna Jasa angkutan Kereta Api melalui telepon, memberikan informasi seputar PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) seperti jadwal keberangkatan kereta api, ketersediaan jumlah tempat duduk, informasi pembelian dan pembatalan tiket, menangani komplain pelanggan, membantu calon penumpang untuk pemesanan tiket.
