- Konfirmasi data produk yang mau di Ekspor dengan bagian Inventory perihal : Kode Produk, Nama Produk, Qty Produk, Ukuran Produk & Kubikasi Produk. - Membuat Invoice Packing List (IPL) berdasarkan data produk dari bagian Inventory dengan menambahkan HS Code Produk, Nama Consignee, dll. - Input data pembelian kayu olahan (Blockboard, Plywood, Mdf), pengeluaran kayu olahan & hasil produksi secara online ke sistem badan Sertifikasi sebagai syarat untuk pengajuan dokumen V-Legal. - Membuat pengajuan dokumen V-Legal untuk setiap pengiriman Ekspor yang akan dilakukan. - Meminta & membandingkan penawaran harga dari beberapa Forwader untuk menentukan Forwader mana yang paling baik dari segi harga, ketersediaan space, dll. - Eksekusi pemesanan kontainer & koordinasi personil untuk bongkar muat dengan bagian Inventory. - Memeriksa Draft BL & Draft PEB yang dibuat oleh Forwader. - Mengirimkan dokumen IPL, BL Final ke Consignee. - Mengajukan permintaan pembayaran Forwader ke bagian Finance.
Supervisor
- Kontrol & Approval nilai pembelian material di PO disesuaikan dengan budget yang telah dihitung oleh bagian Estimator. - Diskusi dengan bagian Purchasing & Management jika nilai pembelian material di PO melebihi dari Budget yang telah ditetapkan. - Kontrol bagian Purchasing untuk pengiriman material dari supplier agar tidak melewati dateline yang telah disepakati. - Menganalisa dengan Tim Produksi jika ada permintaan pembelian material yang tidak ada dalam daftar Budget atau ada pembelian material yang quantity-nya melebihi dari Budget - Membuat Final Account untuk setiap project yang telah selesai.
Staff
- Update permintaan pengiriman produk ke Customer by email dengan divisi Marketing. - Memeriksa kesiapan produk yang akan dikirim ke Customer. - Mengatur armada tersedia untuk proses pengiriman agar semua permintaan pengiriman bisa dilakukan. - Menyiapkan dokumen yang diperlukan seperti surat jalan pada saat hari pengiriman. - Memantau proses pengiriman yang dilakukan apakah lancar atau ada terjadi masalah. - Membuat laporan pengiriman per minggu atas pengiriman yang telah dilakukan.
