Membantu/memberikan solusi kepada user/shipper atas barang yang akan dikirm. Memeriksa laporan mingguan dan bulanan operasional dari Team Leader. Mendampingi Direktur dalam kegiatan yang berkaitan dengan kegiatan operasional di luar perusahaan. Mewakili Direktur/Perusahaan dalam pertemuan asosiasi di luar perusahaan.
