Saya diberikan tanggung jawab oleh manajemen untuk mengelola SDM. Saya di bantu oleh 3 orang Staf yang bertugas sebagai Recruitment, Payroll/Benefit dan Diklat. Saya bertugas mengkoordinir ke 3 program kerja yang berada di kepegawaian. Melakukan Monitoring dan Evaluasi setiap bulan dan melaporkan ke Manajemen. Mengadakan Proses Recruitment sesuai dengan kebutuhan Perusahaan dan kualifikasi serta kompetensi. Mengadakan Pelatihan melalui Unit Diklat untuk mengembangkan kompetensi dari masing-masing karyawan.
