Saya merupakan seseorang yang, Jujur, pekerja keras dan disiplin, yang memiliki passion dalam bidang jasa, terutama dalam jasa layanan dan penjualan yang berhubungan langsung dengan customer, menurut saya dengan berinteraksi kepada customer kita dapat mengetahui apa yang customer inginkan dan butuhkan, kita juga dapat mengetahui karakter konsumen itu sendiri, dan dengan itu kita dapat memberikan produk atau jasa terbaik yang mereka butuhkan, dengan berjalan nya hubungan yang baik antara konsumen dengan tenaga penjual atau pemberi jasa, maka akan terciptanya rasa kepercayaan antara konsumen dengan perusahaan sebagai penyedia barang atau jasa, dan dapat berdampak dengan meningkatkan keuntungan perusahaan. Dan saya sangat bersyukur selama saya bekerja di hotel, dimana beberapa tamu yang merasa puas dengan kinerja layanan yang saya berikan dan mereka memberikan komentar positif, yang berdampak positif juga terhadap hotel tempat saya bekerja.
