Saya single parent dengan 2 anak. Sudah mau 6 bulan saya tidak bekerja akibat covid ini. Pengalaman saya kalau di total 6 tahun di dunia f & b. Di f & b. Pernah menjadi koki, kasir, server, dan leader. Pekerjaan terakhir saya menjadi server di restauran shabu shabu/shaburi. Walaupun saya ibu dengan 2 anak. Untuk pekerjaan saya tidak mau mengaitkan dengan pribadi, sebisa mungkin saya profesional dan cekatan juga mudah untuk beradaptasi dan cepat untuk belajar.

Jabatan saya sebagai leader. Dan disana saya di tuntut harus bisa semua. Yg artian nya di kala restaurant sedang ramai saya harus siap. Untuk menjadi koki, kasir, server. Selain itu pekerjaan saya. Mengurus untuk pembayaran gedung, listrik, pajak, suplier. Mengecek barang yg sudah mau habis dan memesankan nya. Mengurus gaji karyawan, mengerjakan laporan keuangan harian sampai bulanan. Mencari tempat untuk pembukaan outlet baru. Dan mengatur karyawan.
Server
Nama restauran nya shaburi. Orang biasa sebut makanan nya dengan sebutan shabu shabu. Yg arti nya rebus2an. Saya server hanya melayani untuk pemesanan. Dan mengeluarkan daging, untuk buffet customer ambil sendiri, selebih nya saya pribussing, sapu, dan pel dll. Setiap bulan selalu ada audit. Jadi saya sudah terbiasa dengan menghafal. Terkadang di suruh jadi host juga.
