Monitoring proses sortation dari paket inbound dan outbound, sampai paket diterima di station tujuan. Evaluasi mengenai flow process saat sortation untuk meminimalisir paket-paket hilang dan rusak. Monitoring baik secara system dan di lapangan untuk proses sortation sehingga proses sortation dan cut off dapat berjalan dengan baik.
