Staff Finance
Membuat Invoice Finance, Faktur Pajak PPn terhadap PO (Purchase Order) dari PPIC dari laporan daily, weekly, hingga laporan bulanan yang tertuang dalam laporan AR (Account Receivable), hingga penagihan setiap customer yang sudah jatuh tempo.
Staff Admin GSO (Goverment Sales Officer)
Bertanggung jawab akan penawaran karoseri, dokumen pendukung akan tercapainya tender baik tender swasta dan pemerintah, melalui dokumen yang di upload melalui situs LPSE tender yang bersangkutan.
Staff Finance & Accounting
Staff finance bertanggung jawab pada setiap transaksi yang terjadi seperti: Kas Kecil, Kas Besar, Kas Rekening, Pembayaran tagihan vendor, berupa pembuatan voucher masuk atau voucher keluar dari setiap transaksi tersebut. Kemudian finance bertanggung jawab akan administrasi pembuatan berkas guna pembuatan tagihan kepada pihak leasing. Memegang pajak PPn dan PPh 23 yang diberlakukan kepada vendor.
