Melakukan pelaksanaan pekerjaan konstruksi paket bangunan gedung sekolah yang dikerjakan, mengawasi setiap pekerjaan agar dilakukan sesuai dengan spesifikasi yang tertuang dalam kontrak. Melakukan pengukuran awal, perhitungan volume pekerjaan serta perhitungan biaya yang outputnya berupa Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB)
Konsultan Individual
Melakukan pengawasan, pemeriksaan dan mengevaluasi pekerjaan konstruksi bangunan gedung sekolah yang dikerjakan agar pekerjaan tersebut dilakukan sesuai dengan spesifikasi yang terdtuang dalam kontrak. Hal-hal yang dilakukan juga berupa melakukan pengukuran, mengolah data hasil ukur yang outputnya dapat berupa back up volume,sehingga dapat dibandingkan dengan hasil pelaporan yang dilakukan oleh rekanan.
Labtech
Melakukan kegiatan pekerjaan yang berkaitan dengan pengujian sampel material pada pekerjaan konstruksi jalan yang dilakukan baik pada laboratorium atau pada lokasi pekerjaan konstruksi jalan raya (pengujian lapangan).
