Menerima sampel dari customer yang datang langsung dan memeriksa sampel secara fisik baik wadah, volume, jumlah sampel, dan warnanya. Lalu mengkonfirmasikan terkait regulasi pemerintah sebagai acuan standarnya dan mengkonfirmasikan terkait parameter uji serta kode sampel. Lalu melakukan penginputan data sampel kedalam sistem database internal perusahaan, memberikan label pada wadah sampel dan melakukan konfirmasi ulang kepada customer terkait pengujian sampel baik langsung maupun melalui media lainnya, dan meminta persetujuan secara tertulis dari customer. Melakukan penanganan terhadap sampel subkontrak baik perihal pengiriman sampel, dokumentasi, serta pembuatan anggarannya.
Analis Kimia
Menganalisis obat jadi (mulai dari preparasi sampel dan alat) dan membuat laporan pengujiannya serta menerbitkan stiker rilis untuk bagian produksi. Menganalisis Stabilitas obat dan membuat laporan pengujiannya Membuat reagen kimia untuk keperluan analisis
