- Mengawasi dan melaksanakan jalannya sebuah projek agar sesuai dengan design, rancangan dan anggaran - Mengatur kinerja buruh agar bekerja secara efisien dan tepat waktu - Mencukupi kebutuhan material di lapangan - Melakukan pencatatan kinerja buruh dan memberikan upah setiap minggunya - Melakukan komunikasi kepada owner, rekanan, pihak internal, maupun pihak-pihak lainnya terhadap jalannya progres suatu projek

- Membuat rencana pendistribusian barang sesuai Delivery Order - Menghitung stock barang - Mengatur penataan barang, baik di dalam gudang ataupun barang display membuat jadwal order dari warehouse ke gudang toko
