Mengawasi prosedur pembelian dan inventaris termasuk anggaran project Kualifikasi Lainnya Konstruksi dan atau manajemen proyek, Perawatan preventif, spesialis teknis dan Jadwal Perencanaan,Manajemen Rencana Strategis Manajemen Anggaran
