Saya telah bekerja selama 3 tahun di bidang pemasaran Produk Fashion. Pengalaman pertama dimulai pada saat saya bekerja di Hotel kadaton Bandung sebagai Staff Purchasing. Saat ini saya bekerja sebagai Staff Administrasi dan Keuangan di PT. Duta Garmindo Industri, saya bertanggung jawab atas Administrasi Penjualan di Trading, Penerimaan Barang masuk, barang keluar, serta menerima hasil Tagihan berupa Tunai, Giro dan Trfansfer dari Customer untuk di teruskan kepada Pimpinan. Sebelumnya, saya bekerja selama sekitar 7 taun sebagai Staff Purchasing di Hotel Kedaton bandung. Saya bertanggung jawab untuk menyediakan segala kebutuhan Hotel mulai dari bahan baku makanan sampai kebutuhan perlengkapan di Kamar Hotel serta segala apa yang di perlukan oleh hotel untuk operasional.

1. Menyiapkan nota Tagihan Customer untuk di bawa oleh Sales. 2. Menerima Orderan dari Customer via Sales untuk dikirim barang yang di pesan. 3. Koordinasi dengan Staff Gudang untuk di carikan dan di siapkan apa yang di pesan oleh Custemer. 4. Menerima hasil Tagihan Sales berupa Tunai, Giro dan Transfer dari Custemer. 5. Merekap dan melaporkan hasil tagihan kepada Pimpinan. 6. Membuat Laporan Akhir bulan berupa : - Laporan Penjulan, Laporan Retur Relasi, Retur Pabrik, Laporan Hasil Tagihan, Laporan Penerimaan Barang, Laporan Posisi Stock dll.

Posisi terakhir saya sebagai Senior Staff Purchasing.Tugas dan tanggung jawab saya adalah sebagai berikut : 1. Memastikan kebutuhan perusahaan yang harus dibeli. 2. Memastikan setiap pembelian sudah di-setujui oleh manajemen eksekutif. 3. Memastikan bahwa barang tiba dengan kondisi baik dan tiba tepat waktu. 4. Menjaga hubungan baik dengan vendor. 5. Mediasi pembayaran & memastikan pembayaran tepat waktu. 6. Dokumentasi Invoice, Faktur, Purchase Order.
