Staf Exim
> Bertanggung jawab untuk menyiapkan dan memeriksa dokumen – dokumen ekspor impor (shipping instruction, invoice, dll). Menyiapkan dan memberikan laporan kegiatan ekspor – impor ke instansi terkait. Monitoring ekspor import secara legal dan memastikan kesiapan secara administratif > Membuat Shiping Instruction dan Booking Vessel > Mengisi MRP Rencana Stuffing > Membuat PEB > Mengirim data FIX ke pelayaran > Mengirim data FIX ke PIP dan Sucofindo > Mengoreksi Draft BL > Mengajukan asuransi import export dan lokal > Mengoreksi Draft ISPM dan Fumigasi > Menyiapkan Dokument LC untuk diproses ke Bank > Mengisi laporan Nilai FOB, Weekly Report > Membuat dokument Sample dan mengirim ke Customer > File dokument Sample dan membuat laporan
Operasional Executive
> Monitoring import dan export > chec docs import maupun export > Komunikasi dengan pelayaran dan customer > Mencari vendor trucking sesuai kebutuhan dan menghandle trucking sampai barang terkirim di gudang atau pabrik penerima barang > menyiapkan dokumen export & import , surat jalan , Membuat HBL sesuai packing list dan invoice . > Mengimput draft manifest dan submit manifest dan recon manual > Pengalaman tugas luar pengawalan atau mengawasi barang import milik BUMN seperti pengawalan barang milik PLTU tanjung awar awar,Tuban, PLTU Paiton, PLTU Pacitan, dan PT. INKA Persero, PT. Pindad Persero, memastikan barang aman dan sesuai dengan yang ada di packing list dan invoice sampai tiba di penerima dan dokumentasi melaporkan kegiatan dari muat sampai bongkar Mengurus izin masuk seperti izin masuk ke area terbatas seperti PLTU dan PINDAD
Operasional Ekspor
> Menghandle trucking sampai barang terkirim di gudang atau pabrik penerima barang > Menyiapkan dokumen untuk mengambil sea waybill dan Do ke pelayaran > Empty kontainer ke depo pelayaran memilih kontainer sesuai SI yang di berikan
