Pendamping Penyuluh
Tugas pokok penyuluh pertanian adalah menyuluh, selanjutnya dalam menyuluh dapat dibagi menjadi menyiapkan, melaksanakan, mengembangkan, mengevaluasi dan melaporkan kegiatan penyuluhan.
Community Officer
Community Officer bertugas mencari nasabah, melakukan penyeleksian nasabah dan melakukan pencairan terhadap nasabah yang lolos verifikasi pencairan dana usaha dengan didampingi oleh manager officer. Selain itu, apabila terdapat nasabah yang tidak melakukan pembayaran melebihi batas tanggal jatuh tempo, maka seorang community officer juga bertugas melakukan penagihan terhadap nasabah tersebut.
Fasilitator Masyarakat
Fasilitator Masyarakat bertugas dalam memfasilitasi kegiatan di tingkat masyarakat mulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan pengelolaan. Fasilitator Masyarakat sendiri adalah tenaga pendamping yang telah dilatih sehingga mempunyai keterampilan dalam meningkatkan kapasitas dan kapabilitas masyarakat untuk memutuskan, merencanakan, melaksanakan dan mengelola program Pamsimas
