Jamkrindo (Jaminan Kredit Indonesia) Cabang Bandung : Supporting di bagian keuangan, misal : pengarsipan dokumen, melakukan crosscheck dokumen, melakukan transaksi pembayaran ke bank, supporting staff untuk closing pembukuan di akhir bulan. Lalu mutasi ke PT. Jamkrindo (Jaminan Kredit Indonesia) Cabang Cirebon pada akhir bulan April 2016 s/d Januari 2020 : - Supporting dibagian Keuangan, misal : pengarsipan dokumen, melakukan crosscheck dokumen, melakukan transaksi pembayaran ke bank, supporting staff untuk closing pembukuan di akhir bulan. - Supporting dibagian Klaim & Penjaminan, misal : menganalisa pengajuan klaim nasabah yg bermasalah untuk ditindaklanjuti pengajuan klaim tersebut, Support staff dalam mencetak sertifikat penjaminan KUR, KUPRAK (Kupedes Rakyat) untuk diserahkan ke Bank Konvensial & Syariah baik secara HardCopy atau Softcopy melalui email. - Resepsionis, misal : Menerima panggilan telepon, dan atau meneruskan ke bagian terkait jika itu ditujukan ke bagian lain, memberikan informasi melalui telepon jika ada yang menanyakan tentang layanan atau produk dari perusahaan, Menyambut tamu yang datang dan memberikan informasi serta arahan terkait kunjungannya, Melayani keluhan dari customer, Mengelola arsip dan melakukan kegiatan administrasi sederhana, Menerima dan meneruskan surat yang masuk.
