-Bertanggung jawab untuk pengelolaan dan stock opname sparepart Apple, asesoris penjualan maupun cosmetic serta unit western digital claim warranty. - melakukan tugas report payment revenue daily dan closing month pada bagian finance -melakukan pelayanan dan konfirmasi terhadap customer by phone untuk keterangan status perbaikan,estimasi service unit ( Apple,Mac Apple,Lenovo,Moto ). -melakukan tugas filling document softcopy maupun hardcopy apabila dibutuhkan saat proses audit dari head office. -melakukan fullfilment sparepart unit untuk teknisi kerjakan ( out of warranty / in warranty unit ). -melakukan pengiriman unit claim hardisk western digital (mail - in ). - melakukan pengiriman pengembalian RMA/Deffect Apple to Singapure. -melakukan pengembalian unit hardisk Bekas ( claim ) ke bagian logistic.
Admin Polis ( Magang Jangka Pendek )
- Bertanggung jawab untuk data dan pembuatan polis Contractor plan Machine. - membuat klausa. -menerbitkan kwitansi dan send received polis saat sudah dibuat. -mengelola softcopy maupun hardcopy apabila sewaktu dibutuhkan untuk keperluan perusahaan.
