As a member of the Extended Management Team, contribute to: Leadership on collaboration with all program staffs who based in South Sulawesi Field Office The development of an organizational culture that reflects our dual mandate (humanitarian and development) values Provide feedback on issues of cross-cutting importance to Yayasan Sayangi Tunas Cilik – partner of Save the Children in Indonesia including NO financial management, communications, advocacy, and human resources. Help establish, maintain, and improve active and regular working relationships with: host government authorities, donors, partner agencies including major institutional donors, and local and international NGOs. Ensure Makassar office complies with all Save the Children Quality Framework Standards and Standard Operating Procedures. Share good practices and lessons learned among staff Project and operations staff.
