Pelanggan adalah perioritas utama saya dalam pekerjaan saya, memberikan pelayanan dengan sepenuh hati dan pelayanan yang ekstra adalah hal wajib. Setiap harinya, complain pelanggan adalah teman saya, mencari barang penumpang yang tertinggal di dalam KRL, memberikan announcemen perjalanan kereta dengan benar dan intonasi serta pelafalan yang tepat adalah kegiatan yang setiap hari menjadi tantangan, skill komunikasi yang baik adalah modal dalam bertatap muka dan berdiskusi menanggapi segala permasalahan dalam perjalanan KRL. Bersih, ramah, rapih, jujur, teliti, dan tepat waktu merupakan keutamaan dalam bekerja setiap harinya. Poin plus dalam bekerja menurut saya adalah mampu menjadi teman perjalanan para disabilitas.
