Coordinate with management for prepare budget. Responsible for cash management, cash flow preparation, and financial budget. Monitoring and manage cash inflows and cash outflows efficiently that maximize cash availability to cover company activities. Accurately perform daily reconciliations of cash, bank and file invoices. Review and approval off all payment to vendors, employees, etc. Monitoring performance of account receivable and account payable. Review of customer collections and monthly reconciliations. Responsible for all banking and finance related matters. Maintain Relationship with Banks and financing company. Review and check bank loan and financing. Review dan check general accounting journal and banks reconciliation.

Verified payment document compliance with financial policies and procedures. Responsible and handle in the area of General Ledger Accounting. To check and ensure that supporting documents for all financial transactions. To check and post journal entry all expenses. To check reconciliation of banks. Maintain records and receipts for all daily transactions. Make sure closing on time

Responsibilities with Petty Cash. Manage Customer billing and invoice. Process journal entries to ensure all transactions are recorded. Create Tax invoice. Tax reporting. Filling and documentation. Make sure all payment from customers.
