PPJK & Custom Project
Melakukan pengecekan serta memastikan HS Code & dokumen impor seperti invoce , PL, BL/AWB, COO, NOA, manifest, invoce (OF/AF, exwork, FCA, FOB), dokumen perizinnan (PI, LS, BPOM, AKL). Membuat dan submit dokumen PIB PEB hingga mengaupdate status dokumen PIB mulai dari Billing, NPBL, SPPB/SPJK/SPJM dll kepada kepada tim custom dan tim CS Exim. Mencari dan memilih vendor PBM, trucking (trailer Dolly, Lowbed, Sleding, boogie dll), rental crane, forwarder, pelayaran domestic ( kapal LCT, RORO, Break bulk.
Koordinator Transport/Trucking
Bekerjasama dengan dengan tim dalam mengatur order harian untuk 50 unit trailer dengan menyesuaikan jenis mobil, muatan & lokasi pengiriman agar berjalan lancar. Melakukakan monitoring kendaraan secara berkala menggunakan GPS . Memberikan update & laporan kepada customer. Berkoordinasi dengan divisi finance agar proses pembayaran lift off/bon bongkar, lift on /bon muat, biaya penitipan, invoice tagihan,
Koordinator Custom Clearance & PPJK
Mengurus dan mengawasi kegiatan operasional terkait pembuatan PIB/PEB penentuan HS code,, dokumen perizinan, proses submit dokumen (SLIM & SIAP TERBANG), serta proses custom clearance berjalan dengan baik. Mengurus dan memastikan pengiriman barang ekspor impor dan barang untuk project berjalan dengan baik,. Mencari dan memilih vendor seperti trucking, perusahaan bongkar muat (PBM), Mengurus pembuatan invoice tagihan, invoice reimbursement, faktur pajak, billing pajak dan laporan pajak.
