Saya lulusan SMK Pariwisata Puspa Wisata PGRI Serpong jurusam akomodasi perhotelan. Saya memilih perhotelan karena saya sangat senang jika bekerja bertemu langsung dengan tamu. Dengan berhadapan langsung dengan tamu saya dapat mengenal karakter dari masing-masing orang. Saya prakerin di Grand Serpong Hotel sebagai Room Attendant dan Waiters selama 6 Bulan. Saya mengerti bagaimana cara make up room, set up meeting room, dan service kepada tamu. Saya juga bisa mengoperasikan Microsoft Office. Bahasa asing yang saya gunakan adalah bahasa inggris dan masih dalam tingkatan menengah.
