-Menghadapi klien dengan beragam karakteristik dan target menjadi tantangan terbesar keseharian saya. Tanggung jawab saya meliputi: mencari klien baru dengan berbagai pendekatan dan me-maintain kebutuhan mereka. Tanggung jawab kedua mencakup menerima komplain dan masukan klien. Saya banyak bekerja bersama Tim Marketing dalam mendapatkan dan memberikan insights perihal klien. -saya dituntut untuk mampu membaca dan menganalisis kebutuhan komunitas, dalam hal ini pelanggan setia produk kami. Informasi ini berguna untuk menentukan langkah Tim Marketing selanjutnya supaya pelanggan setia tidak beralih ke produk kompetitor. Saya juga berperan dalam me-manage relasi dengan mereka yang biasa kami lakukan melalui berbagai media, antara lain media sosial, blog, forum online, chat, email dan nomor layanan pelanggan. -bertanggung jawab terhadap segala kegiatan penjualan yang didasarkan dengan target. Fokus utama saya yaitu menyukseskan penjualan hingga closing dengan me-maintance hubungan antar konsumen dan memahami kebutuhannya. Selain itu, saya juga harus membuat report untuk dijadikan bahan evaluasi.
