Asisten HRD
Selama PKL di PT Kitsuryo Sejahtera Abadi sebagai Asisten HRD, saya bertanggung jawab mengelola absensi karyawan, memastikan ketepatan pencatatan waktu kerja. Selain itu, saya juga membuat Surat Peringatan (SP) untuk karyawan yang melanggar aturan perusahaan dan melakukan input gaji karyawan secara akurat. Saya juga membantu dalam pengelolaan database karyawan, memperbarui data, dan mengorganisir informasi agar mudah diakses oleh tim HRD.
