Pertama kali ditugaskan sebagai guru pendidikan Agama Islam meskipun latar belakang pendidikan saya adalalah Bahasa Inggris, namun saya menyanggupi karena pembelajaran agama yang saya dapatkan selama berkuliah di Institut Agama Islam Negeri Palangka Raya cukup mumpuni. Setelah kurang lebih tiga bulan, akhirnya saya dikhususkan oleh kepala sekolah untuk menjalankan tugas sesuai spesialiasi saya yakni tenaga administrasi sekolah sekaligus operator dapodik.
