Supervisor Operational
Rincian Pekerjaan : - Menerima email SJH yang berisi daftar pengiriman barang reguler dan penagihan dropship. Email ini terkirim otomatis setiap hari kepada setiap Stockpoint Manager. - Mencetak SJH sesuai area pengiriman - Melakukan pembagian LE sesuai jumlah LE dan area pengiriman/ penagihan - Mengisi semua status pengiriman/penagihan dropship di SJH - Memberi keterangan status “sudah diterima KA” untuk barang-barang yang berhasil terkirim, dan memberikan kode catatan status pengiriman dengan disertai nama LE yang mengirim - Menghitung total uang yang disetorkan oleh LE dan membandingkan dengan nominal tagihan di SJH yang akan di UPH dengan keterangan status “sudah diterima KA dan “KA sudah bayar dropship” - Melakukan proses Upload pengiriman harian (UPH) ke Logistic Backend - Mengecek email laporan UPH pembayaran untuk memastikan bahwa pembayaran sudah berhasil dan saldo GK terpotong sesuai dengan jumlah nominal yang di-UPH dengan status “sudah diterima KA” dan “KA sudah bayar dropship” - Merapikan semua uang cash hasil setoran LE - Menghitung kembali total jumlah uang yang akan disimpan di brankas untuk disetor ke Kantor Pusat
