meskipun saya ingin memulai dari seorang pengantar barang atau kurir, namun hampir 3 tahun saya bekerja di sebuah kantor Notaris yang banyak sekali tanggung jawab yang saya dapatkan, mulai dari kunci kantor, kebersihan, peralatan kantor, fasilitas - fasilitas kantor terus diawasi, kurir dokumen berharga (Sertifikat Tanah, AJB, PBB dll) hingga mengurus dokumen client ke berbagai kantor instansi pemerintah seperti Bappeda, BPN dan Kantor Pajak, semua saya lakukan dengan penuh tanggung jawab, teliti, disiplin waktu dan kesabaran setiap tekanan kantor

1. Memegang kunci kantor untuk membuka dan menutup kantor agar kantor aman dan siap datang lebih dulu dan pulang paling akhir (lembur) 2. Membersihkan kantor setiap pagi 3. membereskan dokumen untuk dibawa saat ada tugas lapangan 4. Mengurus PBB (Pembayaran, Mutasi, Masuk Bangunan dll) 5. Mengurus Validasi Pajak Jual Beli 6. Mengurus Sertifikat (Pengecekan, Balik Nama dll) 7. Kurir antar jemput dokumen biasa/fotocopy hingga dokumen berharga dan penting seperti Sertifikat Tanah, Akta Jual Beli, PBB, Bukti Bayar Pajak Jual Beli dll Ke Client 8. Mengawasi stock peralatan kantor dan kebersihan 9. Membuat dan Mengirim Laporan Notaris & PPAT Bulanan dan Tahunan
