Asisten Pelayanan Uang Tunai
Melayani penarikan, transfer dan penyetoran uang dari pelanggan. Melakukan pemeriksaan kas dan menghitung transaksi harian menggunakan komputer, kalkulator, atau mesin penghitung. Menerima cek dan uang tunai untuk deposit, memverifikasi jumlah, dan periksa keakuratan slip setoran. Periksa cek untuk dukungan dan untuk memverifikasi informasi lain seperti tanggal, nama Bank, identifikasi orang yang menerima pembayaran dan legalitas dokumen. Memasukkan transaksi nasabah ke dalam komputer untuk mencatat transaksi dan mengeluarkan tanda terima yang dihasilkan komputer. Membantu dan melayani pelanggan terkait transaksi keuangan. Mengidentifikasi kesalahan transaksi ketika debit dan kredit tidak seimbang. Memproses transaksi seperti deposito, kontribusi rencana tabungan pensiun, transaksi teller otomatis, dan deposit email. Menerima pembayaran tagihan, verifikasi tanggal pembayaran dan hutang. Menyelesaikan masalah atau perbedaan mengenai rekening nasabah.
Administrasi
Memeriksa keseluruhan invoice konsumen yang akan jatuh tempo atau mungkin sudah jatuh tempo dari tanggal yang ditentukan dalam perjanjian bersama. Menyiapkan data piutang yang sudah dibayar konsumen. Mengumpulkan dan mengelompokkan invoice yang sudah memasuki jadwal kunjung atau jadwal tagih.
