Memahami dan menjalankan aturan yang tertuang dalam Data Center Operation Policy. Menjalankan setiap langkah proses yang terdapat pada Job Checklist dari system yang ditangani unit Data Center Operation dan proses-proses Data Center lainnya secara disiplin. Menjalankan proses monitoring pada system dan fasilitas Data Center sesuai dengan jadwal dan Instruksi Kerja yang telah ditentukan. Membuat laporan atas segala kondisi yang terjadi pada system dan melaporkan/eskalasi atas masalah-masalah yang terjadi di Data Center. Mendampingi tamu sepanjang kunjungan ke ruang server dan memastikan tamu mengisi data pada buku tamu yang telah disediakan pada ruang server. Memberikan usulan-usulan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi efektifitas pada proses kerja atau cara untuk mengatasi problem-problem yang terjadi
