Memaintain Optimalisasi Performa Efisiensi dan Efektipitas dari operasional Recovery dan Evaporator (Liquor Site) Mangatur dan menfasilitasi quality Management sistem, implementasi dan standarisa Memastikan evaluasi dan penilaian aprsial selurh personel RB dan Evaporator (Liquor site) Memstikan perintah operasi, prosedure, dan instriksi aman dan dapat diandalkan dalam opeartional Recovery dan Evaporator Mengatur dan memperisapkan fasilitas untuk suppoert HSE, 6S Mengatur dan Merencanakan start/stop Plant (Recvery Boiler/Evaporator) opportunity atau anual, water wash dll Menganalisa masalah dan memberikan solusi perbaikan (trouble sooting) Melakukan perbaikan terus menerus (continious improvement) di area liquor site

Bertanggung jawab atas operasional plan di Energy plant : WTP/BFW, Multi Fuel Boiler, Turbine Generator, Recovery Boiler, Evaporator dan sub plant Ash Leaching, Metanol plant dan NCG handling Mengatur dan berkoordinsai dengan departement lain dalam hal waterdistribusi, steam distribusi Start up and shut down power plant (WTP/Demin plant, Boiler, Turbine Generator, evaporator) Inspeksi area sehubungan dengan peralatan, safety dan house keeping Memonitor dan memastikan semua target parameter tercapai Mengatur operasional berjalan dengan efisen Berkoordinasi dengan operator dan maintanance untuk emalkukan perbaikan Memastikan bawahan (opeator) bekrja sesuai dengan SOP Memastikan pelaksanaan 6s di area kerja
