Membuat printer, dari awal sampai sampai akhir menjadi sebuah printer , stage 1 sampai packing stage 23 . Dan saya ada di stage 5 , assembly mente motion , yaitu memasang mente motion kedalam mechanishm, mechanishm adalah produk printer yang masih setengah jadi, mente motion adalah suatu produk yang bisa menghasilkan aliran tinta dan bisa menghasilkan cetakan tulisan .
Operator Machining Shaft
Membuat Gear pada Shaft dimasukan ke mesin Hobbing , setelah selesai membuat gear pada Shaft akan diukur menggunakan caliper untuk menentukan dimensinya .
Operator Inspection
Mengecek unit handphone yang dihasilkan oleh line produksi , cek unit handphone secara fungsi dan visual , cek keseluruhan apakah ada yang noise ,dent , gompal dsb ,cek tekanan air jika unit handphone aquaproof , jika sudah cek IMEI , scan barcode untuk dimasukan ke dalam sistem data base di komputer dan selesai .
Operator Assembly
Membuat Assy carriage dan mengecek carriage yang akan dipasang kedalam mechanishm .
